The lobby was impressive and inviting.
I had a terrible experience with the check-in process. My assigned room was already occupied when I arrived, which was incredibly awkward as I stood at the door trying to figure things out. To top it off, the pancake maker at breakfast didn’t work, leaving my cheer team disappointed and hungry.

The welcoming lobby features various game options and plenty of seating, allowing for a fun gathering spot. Breakfast offers satisfying choices, with a good variety of options, ensuring a decent start to the day. However, the large room was sparsely furnished, lacking essential furniture pieces for comfort, and it had a strong odor from new paint that caused headaches. Additionally, the room was on the second floor while accessible rooms typically are located on the first floor, which is inconvenient for those needing mobility assistance.

The lobby welcomes you with a fresh and modern design. Plenty of seating and game options make it a great spot to hang out. Breakfast offered many choices, including fresh pastries and healthy options. My room was spacious and clean, featuring a nice TV and very comfortable bedding. Staff members were helpful when I had questions. The location is perfect, close to various shops and dining options. I wished the pancake maker worked as expected, which was a letdown for our cheer team since we were looking forward to having pancakes. Also, checking in was awkward when two of the assigned rooms were already occupied. A more attentive front desk would help avoid such issues. Despite this, I had a pleasant stay overall.
